Helping consumer startups scale profitably
FRACTIONAL HEAD OF GROWTH
With 10+ years in marketing and product, I help early-stage founders develop scalable systems to convert and retain customers.
I’ve always been drawn to the many moving parts of building a business and love stretching beyond my role to make an impact. That breadth of experience has given me a front-row seat to what makes (and breaks) early-stage companies, from marketing to product to operations.
For the past five years, I’ve focused on e-commerce, supporting brands across apparel, home goods, beauty, skincare, and consumer tech. As CEO of Birthdate Co., I led a turnaround that positioned the business for long-term success.
Previously, I was a Growth Product Manager at Wealthsimple, one of Canada’s largest fintech brands and a Growth Team Lead at Tilt, a peer-to-peer payments app acquired by Airbnb in 2017.

One of the benefits of working at young companies is the exposure to the entire business. While my sweet spot is the intersection of product and marketing, I also have end-to-end operations expertise.
-
From acquisition to retention, I help startups build full-funnel marketing systems that drive profitable, scalable growth.
-
From landing pages to full-scale website redesigns, I’ve led teams of designers and engineers to create elegant, high-converting digital experiences.
-
With hands-on experience in P&L ownership, demand planning, and cash flow management, I help founders get the numbers right.
About me
I live in Brooklyn with my wife, Laura, and our lovable yet complicated dwarf pitbull, Wally. We are expecting our first child in May 2025.
When I’m not working, I’m probably running or biking in Prospect Park. I’ve recently taken up ceramics…I now have a very odd collection of inappropriately sized bowls and mugs throughout my apartment.
I’m also an avid skier. I co-founded Glory Ski Poles as a side project with my wife and two friends.
Let’s chat
I love helping good people solve hard problems. I take my work seriously—but not myself. If you’re looking for a partner to help your business grow, I’d love to connect.
